In conjunction with the Ullambana Festival (Hungry Ghost Festival) 庆祝盂兰盆节）Samadhidhammaram Centre would be organising Sanghadana offering on 25th August 2018 in Thailand.

Objective of the event:-
The objective is for us to come and have faith in our practice. To have faith to go good by observing the precepts. With sincerity and faith in practice, we would gain immense merits for us to transfer to departed beings / spirits. May they forgive and be willing to accept our merits. Through this, may they be free from suffering.
In every deed we do, we would need to take accountability. In order to really help the beings, one to dedicate one’s own heart and body to observance the precepts with faith and purity be able to reach the departed beings. May beings whom we have wronged would forgive us and may they rejoice in the merits.
Aside from that, one can also dedicate one’s practice to parents, ancestors to any spirits /beings that had been related to us. May the merits acquired through our practice help to uplift them from unfavourable realm of birth.
25th August 2018 – Dana offerings
Consist of:-
1) Transportation for the monks (to and fro from temple)
2) Purchase of requisites
3) Fan or touch light and clock
4) Chanting books
5) Lunch Dana
6) Additional Donation to monks
Cost of sponsor per monks S$200/ RM500
Note: On 25th August 2018, there are families who have offered Sanghadana
(Those who did not arrange to Sanghadana, can contribute together with Khun mae- any amount would do for this purpose)
Most important is your presence and your faith in observing the precepts.
For those who wish to participate, arrival date should be latest on 24 August 2018 and departure from 26 August 2018 onwards.

禅定寺将在8月25日举办盂兰盆节法会，主要是让信徒及修行者自愿来到寺庙受持五戒或八戒，受持戒律者以真诚的信念来修行，做善的功德。回响已过世的历代祖先及亡灵，愿他们早日离苦得乐。
同时对于那些曾经堕过胎或流产的女士，鼓励她们自愿前来受持戒律，真心忏悔，以虔诚的心做功德，回向功德，诚心祈求原谅，解除怨恨，离苦得乐。
我们要为我们所做的错事负起全责，修心者或受戒者要以诚信，正念，正思维，慈悲心来受戒，希望亡者接受我们的功德，原谅我们，愿他们早日远离痛苦。
修心者或受戒者应以孝顺的心感谢父母养育之恩，祝福他们辛福快乐平安，以虔诚的心祈求，以真诚的心，正确的信念来修行，做善的功德，愿我们的父母，历代祖先或亡灵能接受我们的功德远离恶道，早日脱离苦海。
以这样的方式让我们得到大圆满的功德，增长善根，消除业障，早日远离痛苦。
备注：
同时我们也接受各种数目的捐助，安排这些款项供养僧人
1）接送僧人的车费
2）买僧人的日常用品
3）买风扇或手电筒和时钟
4）供养午餐
5）捐助僧人费用
以上是每位僧人全部费用$200（新币）/ RM500 (马币).
备注：
到曼谷的时间可以在2018年8月24日前，可安排在2018年8月26日回国
同时我们也接受各种数目的捐助，安排这些款项供养僧人
